Help in the excavation of the 1870s era homestead of local blacksmith George Graham and his family!

The site features fieldstone foundations of their home and thousands of artifacts relating to domestic family life and the trade of the blacksmith. This event aims not only to entertain participants, but also to engage in historical discourse, which the curators can help you with, as well as, where you can find a lot of useful information.

Exciting Festival activities will celebrate the live of the Aboriginal people and European settlers who lived in Southern Ontario pre twentieth century.

One hour slots will be available. Slots are limited to those who want to actively participate, but observers are welcome!

Dig in and experience Ontario History from the ground up!
